Email the editor
For editorial questions and corrections, email [email protected]. Include the page address, language and the detail that needs checking. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
What to include
- The page URL and the sentence, figure or control concerned.
- The full game title, provider and selected mode, if the issue concerns game rules.
- What you expected, what happened, and the date. For a loading problem, include your browser and device.
- A supporting source or screenshot with account details and other personal information removed.
For example: ‘The feature-price table on this page differs from the price shown in this game mode. Here is the dated help-screen screenshot.’ A specific report is easier to check than a general rating.
Account, deposit or withdrawal questions
Contact the operator through its own verified website or app for account support. We cannot access an account, reverse a transaction or approve a withdrawal. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, card details or identity documents to this guide.
Artwork and other editorial matters
For an attribution or image-rights concern, identify the material, its page and the rights holder or original source. For a commercial enquiry, identify your organisation and the request. Payment or an affiliate relationship is not evidence for a factual claim.
What happens after a report
The relevant page and supporting evidence need to be checked before a factual change is made. A report is not automatically published as a review or testimonial. There is no guaranteed reply time or promise that every suggested change will be adopted.
